Founder Peter Frizzell Named Managing Partner, Poising the Company for Future Growth with a Rebrand and Strengthened Business Model

KANSAS CITY – EncompassOne Home Solutions, formerly known as Home Maintenance Solutions, today announced it has established a new partnership with Jeff Oddo, CEO and owner of Lenexa-based City Wide Facility Solutions, and expanded its services to provide homeowners one point of contact for all of their home maintenance, repair and renovation needs. The rebrand to EncompassOne Home Solutions better reflects this service offering and creates a fresh identity while promising to provide the same outstanding quality service.

EncompassOne Home Solutions is an innovative, full-service residential solutions company that assists clients in all stages of homeownership. It offers a subscription-based service to proactively protect, enhance and grow client’s most significant investment, through oversight and long-term, value-driven recommendations for their home.

Currently, it is focused on growing the brand throughout the Kansas City metro area with the intent to leverage Oddo’s expertise in franchising to take EncompassOne’s services and value proposition nationwide.

“Seeing what Peter has built and how he’s built it, reminds me a lot of my father’s journey as an entrepreneur, as well as my own experience in franchising the City Wide business model more than 20 years ago,” said Oddo, who has spent the past 25 years leading City Wide Facility Solutions. “There are clear parallels between EncompassOne Home Solutions and City Wide business models, so when I learned Peter was looking to scale, it felt like a natural fit for a partnership. I’ve always been an advocate of businesses that can positively impact lives, and we’re going to continue doing just that.”

Unique to EncompassOne, subscribers receive the support of a dedicated Home Service Manager who serves as their main point of contact for all projects. Subscribers can expect nearly 30 services performed every six months under the categories of appliances, plumbing, electrical, doors/hardware/accessories, ceiling fans/HVAC and general/miscellaneous. The EncompassOne Home Solutions team also has the expertise to perform repairs and larger remodels.
