We are a family-owned business with a background in real estate development, management and construction. Therefore, we treat our members like family and ensure your safety and security. We heavily vet our service providers who may enter and work in your home, and develop long-lasting relationships with them. Our service providers work in your home only after proving their quality and reliability in ours, ensuring trusted partnerships.
Meet Matt
Prior to co-founding EncompassOne, Matt played a key role in managing $150 million in commercial real estate development projects, overseeing a portfolio of 30 to 50 sites in various stages of development at a given time. He also has hands-on experience and been involved in several home remodel projects, where he gained valuable insight into the intricacies of working with general contractors and subcontractors.
Meet Scott
Before co-founding EncompassOne Home Solutions Scott owned and managed a manufacturer’s rep agency working with the largest facility managers throughout the Midwest. He currently owns and manages rental homes, short-term rentals and agricultural properties, where he’s personally experienced the challenges of maintenance, upkeep and improvements.
Meet Steve
Steve has been in the construction industry since the early 1970s and has held a Class B General Contractor license in residential and commercial construction. He has also owned and operated several construction businesses, from foundation work to commercial and residential building to home remodeling and repair.
